The nose is fruity with a fine power and a fine spiciness. We perceive notes of violet, ripe wild blackcurrant and small notes of pepper associated with touches of quite ripe small red fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice and discreet sweet spices. The palate is mineral with juiciness and some fattness. This mineral frame accompanies a fine tension and notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, blackcurrant and small notes of wild raspberries associated with touches of cornflower, tonka bean as well as slight hints of toasted almond. Nice freshness and pleasant minerality.
