The nose is elegantly aromatic with delicacy and a certain intensity. There is an airy side to the grain with notes of wild blackberries, violets and small notes of wild blackcurrant associated with touches of wild red berries, cornflower, a subtle hint of lilac as well as hints of Sichuan pepper and a subtle note of sweet spices. The palate is mineral with juiciness and freshness. Its tangy frame has good definition, a certain gourmandise and some pulpiness. There is a nice job on the good bitters with notes of crunchy cherries, fresh juicy raspberries and lighter hints of bright boysenberries combined with hints of crushed blue berries as well as hints of strawberries, Bourbon vanilla, star anise and has a subtle note of fresh flowers and toast. Good length and nice definition.
