The nose is fruity with freshness and some intensity. We perceive notes of boysenberry, ripe wild blackcurrant and small notes of cubeb pepper associated with touches of fresh strawberries as well as a fine hint of star anise, spices and a very discreet note of sap. The palate is fruity with juiciness and delicacy. There is a little creaminess, tension and accuracy as well. There are notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, creamy cassis and slight notes of strawberries associated with touches of star anise, liquorice, cornflower as well as slight hints of tonka bean. It is a wine with freshness.
