Enclos Tourmaline 2020 – Pomerol

The nose is fresh with fine power and a fine spiciness. There is a certain aromatic purity, some depth with notes of crushed blackberries, pulpy berries and a fine hint of wild strawberries, ripe juicy plum combined with hints of fresh raspberries, lilies and lilacs as well as with fine hints of cubeb pepper. The mouth is nicely fresh with fat and a certain pulpiness. There is a fine smoothness with notes of liquorice, bright blackcurrant and slight notes of crushed blackberries associated with a touch of crushed blueberry, fresh raspberries as well as slight hints of star anise, liquorice, chocolate and a subtle almost balsamic note in the background.
