The nose is elegant, aromatic, delicate with a nice very fine but powerful and finely tight grain. This wine deserves to be decanted to expand and take its place. There are notes of creamy blackberries, gray pepper and small notes of roasted red berries associated with touches of wild black berries, fresh tobacco, graphite, a hint of sap and spices. The palate is fruity with an acid frame and minerality. It has roundness, a fine fattiness, freshness and accuracy. Its pretty definition accompanies notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, bright raspberries and small notes of roasted berries associated with touches of tonka bean, lily, fresh pepper as well as fine hints of toast and graphite. We also perceive a hint of saffron in its floral and cocoa notes. There is a nice airiness in the mouth with freshness and delicacy; density and richness but all in elegance. On the retro olfaction we perceive the bitterness of the cocoa and a good length.
