The nose is fruity with a racy power and a certain intensity. There is freshness and notes of pulpyfresh blackberries, wild berries and small notes of pulpy strawberries combined with a touch of purple plum, pepper, racy minerality, nutmeg and a hint of toast. We also perceive a discreet hints of local biotope. The palate is fruity with minerality and juiciness. There is tension, gourmandise and a nice fattiness. We find the notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, bright blackcurrants and slight notes of crushed strawberries associated with a touch of almost roasted berries as well as hints of violets and lilac as well as a fine note of sap, star anise and a discreet note of toast. There is a nice freshness and minerality with supple and elegant tannins. Good length with sapidity on the persistent finish.
