Château Plincette 2020 – Pomerol

Château Plincette 2020 – Pomerol

The nose has power and elegance. It is a wine with a powerful, intense and relatively velvety texture. There are notes of fairly ripe boysenberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of cooked red berries, sour cherries combined with hints of cornflower, incense and a fine hint of pepper. The palate is fruity with freshness and a tangy frame. The minerality accompanies a floral end and some smoothness. There are notes of pulpy and juicy blackberries, bright blue berries and small notes of roasted red berries associated with touches of cornflower, incense, camphor as well as a hint of toasted almond and a subtle hint of pepper. The tannins are supple and well-developed.
