The palate is fruity with a tangy frame, minerality and juiciness. It presents tension, energy and dynamism. There are notes of fairly ripe cassis, roasted blackberries and small notes of fairly ripe berries, roasted cherries as well as hints of graphite, cardamom and a hint of cornflower and vanilla. Notes of violet appear in the background as well as a subtle hint of incense. The tannins are racy.
