Argentiera Villa Donoratico Bolgheri Rosso 2020

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose expresses pronounced aromas of juicy red and black fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, morello cherry) with elegant floral notes (violet, peony), cocoa and liquorice. On the palate, the wine has tight and grippy, tannins, but with a fine grain. The flavors express a bouquet of tangy black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry, blueberry), which become rounder and more spicy on the finish. They develop towards notes of crème de cassis, black pepper and peppermint. A good acidity on the finish balances a bit drying tannins. A structured and firm wine, concentrated and deep on the palate.
