(Organic) The wine shows a bright ruby colour. The nose is slightly restrained, needs some air to open up. It reveals nuances of spices like cloves, nutmeg and black pepper, hints of liquorice and Mediterranean herbs, notes of blackberries and forest raspberries are showing through after some time. The palate is bold and juicy, with good freshness, elevated alcohol, elegant, slightly drying tannins unusual for Bandol. The palate is offering nuances of raspberries and bramble, forest berries and garrigue. Juicy finish and moderate length.
