(Organic) The wine shows a pale ruby colour with a garnet tinge. The nose is ripe and already developed, revealing nuances of overripe red cherries and raspberries, a hint of roasted coffee and smoke, a touch of figs and cacao. The palate is savoury and saline, with nice freshness, grippy but well-managed tannins and delicate fruit intensity. The wines reveals savoury nuances of soya sauce, almost smoked sardines, a hint of Mediterranean herbs, complemented by nuances of ripe red fruits. Good persistence with a saline, slightly bitter finish.
