Intense yellow lemon colour. On the nose nuances of ripe yellow stone fruits and some medlar. The palate is saline and spicy, with a beautiful phenolic grip and firm texture; the wine is ripe and full but fresh, offering herbaceous notes and nuances of green tea and white pepper. A lot of umami in the aftertaste.
