This slightly aged Pinot Grigio has a light yellow colour with a copper tinge. The nose is somewhat oxidative, revealing nuances of ripe yellow apples, a touch of acacia and honeysuckle with a delicate hint of marzipan and almonds in the echo. The palate is still refreshing, textured with a light bitterness on the finish. The wine reveals nuances of pineapples, ripe yellow pears, and a touch of lemon. Not to age further. It will work well with dishes that contain nuts and creamy sauces.
