Floral and mineral nose with a hint of evolution. There are notes of potpourri, dried cherry and more slightly rose petals combined with a hint of peony. Fruity on the palate with minerality and freshness. There is a nice floral edge, tension and notes of juicy raspberries, crushed cherries and more slightly fresh flowers combined with hints of rose petals and potpourri. There is also a hint of tobacco, even cigar. The tannins are finely marked.
