The wine shows a pale lemon colour. The nose is very delicate and fine, revealing nuances of white flowers, honeysuckle and acacia, against the background of ripe lemons and yellow peaches. The palate is still slightly yeasty and unsettled, needs time to calm down. The refreshing acidity minges nicely with ripe and sweet fruit. Nuances of yellow apples and quince interlace with savoury notes of Mediterranean herbs and sage. The finish is full and dry with pleasant grip and good persistence.
