The wine has a pale rosé colour, bright and vivid. The nose is slightly reductive, needs aeration. The palate is juicy and fruity, revealing notes of strawberry, grenadine, pomegranate, a touch of yellow melon and apricot, a hint of dried herbs. Refreshing acidity, fresh and simple structure, a bit of barberry and hibiscus in the aftertaste. Fruity and juicy wine with a touch of sour red cherry on the finish. Nice mineral backbone.
