(Organic) The wine has a medium ruby colour. The nose is intensely floral and fruity, revealing notes of rosehip, ripe red cherries, a touch of strawberry compote and a hint of rhubarb in the echo. The palate is fluid and full with intense fruit concentration, certain volume and power. It reveals nuances of crunchy red berries, raspberries and wild strawberries supported by notes of dried herbs and garrigue. The tannins are present, slightly sandy and fine-grained. A pleasant touch of bitterness on the finish. Already approachable.
