The wine shows a deep ruby colour. The nose is intense, slightly meaty and animalistic, revealing notes of mint, a touch of green pepper, nuances of Mediterranean herbs and sage. The palate is compact and linear, supported by crisp, crunchy acidity, grippy, assertive tannins, very tight structure. There is a lot of stony, earthy minerality, nuances of iron. A wine that bleeds.
