The wine shows a garnet colour with a lot of sediment. The nose is uplifted, revealing nuances of raspberries and strawberries, complicated by savoury notes of tomato leaf and beef consommé. The palate shows a lot of freshness, elevated acidity, slight volatility, nuances of varnish, pine needles, roasted raspberries, all in a perfect balance and harmony. A very multi-layered and complex meditation wine that develops beautifully in the glass.
