The wine has a medium ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose is intensely smoky, revealing notes of roasted savoury herbs, a touch of eucalyptus and menthol, as well as notes of fresh and dried cherries and cranberries, a touch of strawberry compote. The palate is juicy and fruity with round, fine-grained tannins and a fresh, vivid acidity. The wine demonstrates notes of red and black cherries, rose petals, a touch of sweet baking spices, savoury herbs and a pleasant salty touch. The finish is lingering and warming with a pronounced mineral note.
