The nose is smoky and reductive, with air revealing nuances of yellow apples, a touch of quince, ripe lemons and honeysuckle in the echo. The palate is smoky as well, herbal and mineral, rather that fruity, very savoury. It offers refreshing, linear acidity, a lot of complexity. A multi-layered wine that needs time. Savoury finish that makes you salivate.
