(Organic) The wine shows a deep ruby purple colour, vivid and youthful. The nose is profound, a bit muted, with aeration revealing nuances of black currants, a touch of bramble, herbaceous note of tomato and tobacco leaves, a hint of black olive tapenade. The palate is juicy, bursting with crunchy black cherries, blackberries, a hint of cassis and black currant leaf. Elevated acidity holds the whole structure together, supported by intense fruitiness and fine-grained, polished tannins. Vibrant, succulent finish. A very pure expression of Cabernet Franc.
