The nose is fruity and offers a certain pulpiness. There are hints of crunchy cherry and more slightly of pulpy blackcurrant combined with hints of crunchy redcurrant and hints of blueberry and liquorice. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a nice freshness, minerality, acidity, fine straightness and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed currants, juicy/fresh cherry and more slightly violet combined with hints of vanilla and a subtle hint of sweet spice. A fine chewiness on the finish.
