The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration, some gourmandise as well as precision. It reveals notes of morello cherry, smoke, and small notes of sweet spices associated with touches of cooked blackcurrant as well as slight hints of gray pepper and clove. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers superb juiciness, gourmandise, elegance, delicacy, a nice silkiness as well as some melodious character. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackcurrant, bright blueberry and slight notes of pulpy/juicy purple plum associated with fine touches of small tangy red fruits, violet, lilac, mocha, vanilla as well as a hint of sweet blond tobacco. Good length.
