The nose is fruity and offers a certain power as well as some floral aromas. It reveals notes of crushed redcurrant, pulpy cherry and small notes of blueberry associated with slight touches of lily, cornflower as well as slight hints of liquorice, black tea and a discreet hint of green pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a nice fresh frame, gourmandise, purity of aromas, good freshness and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blueberry, fleshy/bright cherry and small notes of bright raspberry associated with a touch of bright berries, tonka bean, toasted hazelnut and a subtle varietal hint in the background. Good length.
