The wine has a bright ruby color, of medium intensity. The nose is discreet, a bit reserved and expresses aromas of ripe red fruits (red currant, red cherry, strawberry) and a slight hint of wild blackberry. There are also notes of dried herbs (thyme, bay leaf) and a spicy touch of white pepper. On the palate, the attack is open and expressive. The flavors open with notes of tangy red fruits (tangy red cherry, raspberry, red currant) with a hint of blueberry. Tannins have a medium level (-) and are slightly tight. The wine is medium-bodied, with medium (+) level acidity, refraîching and pleasant, and medium length, on tart red fruits. A pleasant and easy-drinking wine.
