Nice mineral, aromatic nose that offers a fine power. It reveals notes of candied kumquat, candied quince and small notes of pear associated with slight hints of dried apricot, spices and a very discreet hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers juiciness, minerality, a tangy frame, tension, a nice controlled fatness/fullness as well as a certain straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied peach and small notes of candied lemon associated with touches of lychee in syrup, hints of dried apricot as well as a subtle hint of verbena and almond blossom. Good length.
