A nice elegant, harmonious, delicate nose that offers some velvety side. It reveals notes of fresh/bright red cherry, fresh strawberry, and more slightly – notes of small red berries associated with fine touches of violet, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of fig and slight hints of sweet spices. The mouth is mineral, elegant, and balanced and offers a nice definition, harmony as well as a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, fleshy cherry and slight hints of bright redcurrant associated with touches of fleshy/pulpy plum, hints of violet/lily, mocha as well as a discreet hint of ‘fresh almond. Good length. A subtle hint of good bitterness/cocoa bitterness on the persistence/retro. Beautiful freshness!
