The nose is spicy and offers a certain freshness as well as some fruitiness. It reveals notes of fresh clove, fresh cherry, and more slightly – notes of pulpy plum associated with fine hints of vanilla. The palate is nicely fresh and offers minerality, acidity, and a slight crunch. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy cherry, crunchy plum, and more slightly – notes of clove associated with slight touches almost of the root of iris as well as slight hints of mocha and fresh leather. Good job on the bitterness.
