The nose is mineral, racy, and finely tight. It reveals notes of violet, bright purple plum, and more slightly – notes of cornflower associated with touches of crushed blue fruits, small red fruits, slight hints of graphite, and pepper as well as a discreet hint of star anise and salinity. The palate is mineral, and fruity and offers a nice freshness, precision, and good definition as nice bright well-structured fruits. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright purple plum, juicy/tangy cherry, and more slightly hints of bright/fresh raspberry associated with slight hints of crunchy blue fruits, fresh cornflower as well as slight hints of star anise and toast/sweet spices. The tannins are supple and suave. Good length.
