The nose is elegant, racy, and offers complexity, a multilayered side, as well as a certain power in finesse. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, violet, and more slightly – notes of ripe wild red fruits associated with slight touches of almost ripe cherry, Cuben pepper, lilac, and spices as well as a slight hint of blond tobacco. The mouth is all in subtlety and delicacy and offers a very nice silkiness, a lacy side, a slight richness, energy, a pretty guideline as well as a good balance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright blackberry, pulpy purple plum, and slight hints of violet associated with touches of fairly ripe/tangy red fruits as well as hints of toast, tonka bean, vanilla, with a subtle hint of flowers and chocolate. The tannins are elegant, delicate, and precise. A fine unctuosity at the end of the mouth. A gourmandize Nice and very discreet work on the good bitterness. Congratulations!
