The nose is aromatic and offers a certain aromatic purity. There are notes of vanilla/vanillin, crunchy redcurrant and slightly fresh cherry combined with hints of juicy black berries, violet and a discreet hint of Madagascar pepper. The palate is juicy, fresh and offers minerality / a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy raspberry, tart/chunky red berries and more slightly vanilla/vanillin, violet combined with fine points of blond tobacco and a very discreet hint of liquorice (in the background). The tannins offer a fine mellowness.
