The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a very fine richness. There are notes of pulpy blackcurrant, morello cherry and slightly fresh raspberry combined with hints of violet, liquorice/liquorice stick and a subtle touch of nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a certain crunchiness of fruit and freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses pulpy blackberry, crunchy cherry and slightly violet notes combined with touches of crunchy blackcurrant and subtle hints of liquorice, bourbon vanilla and a hint of toasted hazelnut. Good length. Nice persistence and gourmandise.
