Domaine Vintur – Cuvée Le Gentleman 2017 – Ventoux

(Organic) The wine shows a medium ruby colour with a garnet hue. The nose is perfumed and gourmet, offering nuances of fresh and cooked strawberries, crushed raspberries, red cherry compote, supported by notes sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon and a floral touch in the echo. The palate is fresh and juicy, with elevated acidity, balanced alcohol, pulpy, gourmet structure and polished tannins. Notes of red cherries and strawberries dominate the palate, complicated by nuances of dried herbs and leather. The finish is slightly drying, juicy, packed with fruitiness.
