A lovely, elegant, precise, beautifully racy nose that offers finesse, delicacy, depth and some power of grain. There are notes of kumquat, dried orange peel and, more slightly, dried apricot, combined with hints of dried yellow plum, as well as fine mineral/racy touch, salinity and a very discreet, almost vanilla-like hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers freshness, juiciness, acidity, minerality, some tension, precision, a nice fine grain, gourmandise and a nice finesse in its roundness and fatness. Nice purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow peach, crushed yellow fruits and more slightly saline/iodine combined with hints of dried apricot, fine crunchy yellow apple as well as hints of nutmeg, dried flowers, a discreet hint of walnut, toasted and crushed hazelnut. Nice sapidity on the finish/persistence. The finish is dynamic, lean and offers an imperceptible, almost buttery touch. Very good persistence (+12 caudalies).
