Château Suau 2019 – Côtes de Bordeaux

(Organic) The nose is fruity and offers pulpiness as well as a chocolate side. There are notes of bright cherry, bright boysenberry and small notes of bright cassis combined with hints of liquorice, cardamom and fine hints of crushed small fruits and chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, precision, purity of the fruit as well as crispness. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright plum and small notes of bright small red fruits combined with touches of violet, racy salinity/minerality as well as fine hints of chocolate, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of fresh flowers in the background.
