The nose offers power as well as a certain concentration. There are notes of ripe wild blackcurrant, liquorice and a hint of mocha combined with hints of violets/flowers, as well as fine pepper and a subtle hint of camphor. The palate offers minerality, freshness, good definition and a fresh/mineral structure. On the palate this wine expresses pulpy/juicy blackberry, dense dark berry and more slightly mocha notes with hints of violet, roast/grit and fine cardamom and bergamot.
