There are notes of crunchy blackcurrant, raspberry and ripe wild red berries with hints of iodine, a discreet hint of zan, and a subtle hint of almost blueberry and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, minerality, good definition, tension, energy and a nice grain. On the palate this wine expresses juicy blackcurrant, morello cherry and slightly ripe wild berry notes with a touch of violet, camphor and a subtle hint of good bitterness and a discreet touch of roast. The tannins are supple and well managed. Good length.
