Château La Fleur Peyrabon 2019 – Pauillac

Château La Fleur Peyrabon 2019 – Pauillac

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers power with finesse and concentration with precision. There are notes of wild blackberry, pulpy strawberry and, more slightly, violet, combined with hints of cardamom, tonka bean, as well as a touch of rose, graphite and a hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is juicy, mineral and offers freshness, concentration, good definition, precision, a certain controlled richness and a discreetly tight tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy boysenberry, fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly ripe/acidulated wild berries combined with hints of violet, lily, tonka bean, fine cardamom and a subtle hint of toast and Bourbon vanilla. A very discreet hint of caramelisation in the background. Good length. A very discreet hint of roasting in the background.
