On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackcurrant, fresh blackberry and more slightly fresh flowers combined with hints of fresh cherry, fine notes of crisp red berries and a subtle hint of fresh wild flowers and a discreet hint of toasted almond. The tannins are finely strict. An imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background).
