The nose is fruity. There are notes of ripe blackcurrant, strawberry and, to a lesser extent, pulpy redcurrants, combined with hints of blackberry, racy minerality and a touch of lily and pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, acidity and some fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, crunchy red berries, as well as hints of crunchy cherry, dark chocolate and a subtle touch of violet. Good length. Smooth tannins.
