Château Prieuré de Beyzac 2019 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois

Château Prieuré de Beyzac 2019 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, pretty floral notes and a fine crispness. There are notes of boysenberry, blueberry and, to a lesser extent, ripe red berries combined with fine touches of blue berries and a subtle hint of lily and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers crunchiness, juiciness, a certain gourmandise, a good definition of the fruit, a mineral frame and a fine spherical side of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy cherry, crunchy red berry and slightly blueberry notes with a touch of fresh blueberry, racy minerality and fine hints of liquorice and fresh blond tobacco. The tannins are discreetly marked and racy. Good length.
