(Organic) The wine shows a deep pomelo colour with a touch of ochre. The nose is slightly yeasty, reductive, needs air to open up. The palate is powerful, dense with a considerable weight. Not a light rosé! Notes of strawberries and red cherries are combined with nuances of red tea and a delicate touch of green pepper and spices. The finish shows a touch of tobacco and some greenness.
