(Organic) The wine shows an attractive pink grapefruit colour. The nose is a bit reductive, needs aeration to open up. With air nuances of red currents and red cherries emerged, complicated by notes of green pepper. The palate is very light, slightly watery, revealing nuances of red tea and barbery, a touch of wild strawberries in the echo. A very simple, easy-drinking rosé.
