The wine has a moderate straw colour with a golden sheen. The nose is rather restrained, not too showy, with aeration opening up with notes of linden honey, ripe yellow apple, a touch of yellow pear and ripe quince. There is a delicate mineral note in the echo. The palate reveals crisp acidity, elegant body, a slightly powdery texture. The wine reveals notes of hardly ripe pineapple, a touch of apricot, a hint of grapefruit zest and a delicate bitter touch in the background. The finish is juicy and saline.
