The wine shows a pale peach colour with a copper hint. The nose is delicate, powdery, revealing nuances of fresh peach, a touch of melon, notes of white flowers and fresh and dried herbs. The palate is creamy and fluid with moderate but refreshing enough acidity and a gentle creaminess. The wine demonstrates a powdery texture and notes of yellow apples, a touch of candied pear and ripe lemons. An attractive saline finish with a touch of bitterness in the echo which adds to the freshness.
