The wine is bright and limpid. It has a pale lemon color that has green highlights. he first nose is aromatic with notes of grapefruit zest, juicy lemon but also white pepper. We find warm notes of woody, vanilla. There is also a creamy, buttery aspect that accompanies some green aromas of aromatic herbs. With air, a certain minerality emerges. The wine is dry, fresh with a nice amplitude on the attack on stone fruits such as apricot and juicy yellow peach. We find citrus notes such as grapefruit zest bringing a slight bitterness and juicy lemon. The mid-palate lets lots of flowers develop which take up all the space on the finish: honeysuckle in particular but also mock orange and a hint of iris. There is lightness in this wine even if a nice chewiness is present. It all ends with a hint of bitter green olive.
