The wine has a moderately intense dark cherry robe, it is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic and immediately we smell the bouquet of roses. Then we fall back on more saline elements with minerality. The second nose still lets the powdery flowers express themselves with rose and violet. We have rather black fruits and a smoky side. The attack is round, fresh and structured with present and persistent tannins until the finish. We always find the rose with the violet but also juicy black fruits like blackcurrant and blackberry. The cherry is also a key element of this tasting, fresh. A few spices such as Timut pepper evolve towards a spicy, cherry and pink finish. Interesting.
