The wine has a beautiful limpid and shiny color which is on the deep cherry with purple reflections. The first nose is aromatic, vinous with small jammy black fruits such as blackberry and cherry. Alcohol is slightly present. The violet and the rose are in the background. The second nose is smoky, sweet, vanilla. The tasting is frank with tannins present from the attack and which continue in the middle of the mouth. There is a mixture of red and black fruits. It’s aromatic. Rose and violet are always in the background with smoky and spicy notes of Timut pepper. It is a round wine with structure, it will have to be aired and given a little time in the cellar: its acidity allows it. The finish is on the fruits.
