The wine is deep and limpid with a cherry color with purple reflections. The first nose is discreet with slight alcohol. We smell cocoa but also woody, vanilla notes. With aeration, the plum appears. We also have the freshness of peppermint. The attack is sensual with sandalwood and vanilla. We have balsamic aromas but also some vegetal elements which bring a little bitterness. The tannins are present, catchy in the middle of the mouth. The acidity allows the finish to hold and allows some cooked black fruits to express themselves, such as blackberry and blackcurrant. The finish is persistent. A wine to let breathe.
